Refund Policy
Statstrive provides digital subscription access. This policy explains when refund requests may be reviewed and how payment or access issues are resolved.

Digital subscription product
Statstrive Premium is a digital subscription product. Premium features and exam access may become available shortly after successful payment verification, so refunds are not automatic once digital access is active.
Limited refund review window
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. Each request is reviewed based on payment status, access activation, account usage, and the reason provided. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Use of Premium access
A refund is generally not guaranteed after Premium access has been used heavily, including substantial use of premium analytics, practice, planning, reports, or other paid features.
Duplicate payments and failed unlocks
Duplicate charges, payment deductions without a successful order, or a verified payment that did not unlock Premium will be investigated. We will work to activate the correct access or resolve the eligible payment issue after verification.
How to request a review
Email support@statstrive.com from your registered email address. Include the exam and plan, payment date and approximate time, amount, order or payment ID, and a short explanation. A screenshot may help, but never send passwords, OTPs, CVV, UPI PINs, or full card details.
Review and processing timeline
Support typically acknowledges requests within 24-48 hours. Additional verification may be required before a decision is made.
After approval, Statstrive will normally initiate the refund within 5-7 business days. The final credit date depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, or UPI provider.
Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
