By accessing or using Statstrive, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account information and use the platform only for lawful personal educational purposes.

Statstrive provides exam preparation content, analytics, probability signals, practice tools, and AI-assisted insights. These are preparation aids, not official exam material or guaranteed predictions.

We do not guarantee admission, selection, rank, score, or any particular exam outcome. Important exam information should be verified through official exam authorities.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity under your account. Premium access is personal, exam-scoped where applicable, and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to provide access to others.

Paid plans provide time-limited access to digital features. Access begins after successful payment verification and subscription activation.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Ending use of the platform does not automatically create a refund.

You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use Statstrive content to build a competing dataset or product without written permission.

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but content, features, and availability may change. Errors may occur, and we may correct, update, suspend, or remove content when reasonably necessary.

We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, account sharing, security risks, or material violations of these Terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
